Is your child interested in art? The only art instruction most young kids will ever get is the sometimes-rudimentary teachings of a school's art class. Private lessons give kids that are interested in art, more time to work on something they enjoy, with the personalized help of a trained and skilled artist. No matter the age, it is never too early, or too late, to encourage creativity, and help your child embrace their love for art. Weekly private art lessons are offered to children ages 5-14 at the students' home, and last a duration of either 1 hour, or 1 hour and 30 minutes. Each lesson is unique and specifically tailored to each student and their goals, age, and skill level. No prior art experience or skill is required for lessons. Whether your child's art skill is far above their peers, or they simply like to doodle or color, everyone has to start somewhere.
Nothing! All supplies are provided by me and are brought to the student's home for each lesson. The only requirement is a good workspace for your child. That could either be a dining room table, a big desk, or anywhere that is flat and spacious for work to be done.
Standard 1-hour long lessons cost a minimum of $45 per lesson. Pricing will change depending on the travel distance to your home. If you are looking to extend your child's lesson, hour and a half lessons are offered for an additional $15 per lesson.
Payment of 4 weekly lessons are paid for in advance at the beginning of each month. In case of cancellation, there is no cancellation fee. However, money for that week's lesson will not be refunded. If the cancellation is given with at least a 12-hour notice, the lesson can be rescheduled for a different time during the week.
